Hi Myrna,
To cancel the Netflix subscription, you have to do it yourself. In addition, if your Visa card was hacked, probably your bank has canceled the card. In such scenario, your subscription does not renew, if you still want to cancel it, here is how you can do to Cancel Netflix subscription.

I watched a few times back then, but not at all recently. The monthly fees have always been billed to my Visa card. My Visa card was hacked and so a new account has been set up to replace it. That means that the fees for Netflix will no longer be processed. This is a good time to cancel my Netflix subscription. Can you do this for me please. I do not know my account number or password.
